What even is a PANZO?
A half-moon of stuffed dough, baked in the oven. Inspired by Italy's panzerotti; think pizza, pocket-sized.
How is it different from panzerotti or panuozzo?
We took the panzerotti's half-moon shape but bake it instead of frying it. Panuozzo is an open sandwich made from pizza dough; a PANZO is sealed and stuffed. All three are Italian street food, PANZO is our Görükle take.
When are you opening?
Very soon. We'll announce the exact date on Instagram first, so follow along.
Where are you?
Görükle, Nilüfer/Bursa. Full address and map on the Contact page.
Do you deliver?
From day one we'll take orders through food delivery apps and WhatsApp. Pick-up works too.
Fried or baked?
Baked. Same half-moon, same cheese pull, a lighter crust.
Any veggie options?
We're planning the menu with that in mind. The final list goes live on the Menu page at launch.
